    What you need

    Ingredients

    Cocktails for:
    1 person
    • 20 ml
      Martell NCF
    • 100 ml
      Sparkling soft drink (soda water, ginger ale, tonic water, lemonade)
    • Ice cubes

    Instructions

    • 1Place a few ice cubes in a glass.
    • 2Pour in the sparkling soft drink.
    • 3Float the Martell cognac by placing the back of a spoon over the soft drink and slowly start pouring the cognac onto the spoon into the glass.
    • 4Garnish with the zest of your choice.

    Serving tips

    You will need a rock glass or a long drink glass and a bar spoon for this cocktail.
