The perfect summer cocktail. Add a twist by adding a dash of bergamot juice and using vanilla syrup instead of sugar.

    What you need

    Ingredients

    Cocktails for:
    1 person
    • 50 ml
      Martell VSOP
    • 10 ml
      Lime juice
    • 10 ml
      Sugar syrup
    • 20 ml
      Mineral water
    • 1
      Lemon peel

    Instructions

    • 1Pour Martell VSOP into a punch cup or highball glass over crushed ice.
    • 2Add lemon juice, sugar syrup and finish with premium mineral water.
    • 3Stir well until the glass frosts.
    • 4 Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
