Red Halo and Mist
The Red Halo cognac cocktail, taken from the French 'a l’eau' (with water): the simplest, most elegant way to enjoy Martell in a cocktail.
Instructions
- 1Build in a long drink glass.
- 2Add ice cubes and cognac.
- 3Top with seltzer water or sparkling mineral water.
- 4Spray your chosen flavour over your drink.
How-To
Add A Twist To Your Drink
Choose one of the 3 aromatic flavours below to spritz over your drink.
Flavours :
- Lemon zest infusion
- Orange liquor
- Hibiscus flower infusion
Tools :
- 3 atomisers
- Serving tray
How to infuse :
- Add 300gr of your chosen flavour in 1/2L of vodka in a bottle.
- Put the bottle in boiling water for a few minutes.
- Let it rest for 24h or if in a rush, put it in ice or in the freezer.
- This same infusion recipe can be used for any flavour you wish.
