NCF Float
Simple and quick to make, use your favourite good-quality soda or soft drink to personalise your Martell Float cocktail perfectly to your taste.
Ingredients
- 20 mlMartell NCF
- 100 mlSparkling soft drink (soda water, ginger ale, tonic water, lemonade)
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- 1Place a few ice cubes in a glass.
- 2Pour in the sparkling soft drink.
- 3Float the Martell cognac by placing the back of a spoon over the soft drink and slowly start pouring the cognac onto the spoon into the glass.
- 4Garnish with the zest of your choice.
Serving tips
You will need a rock glass or a long drink glass and a bar spoon for this cocktail.

How to serve :
If you are having guests over, present each of the choices of garnishes in a garnish holder of your choice and place them on a bar counter for your guests to help themselves.
