Ingredients
Cocktails for:

- 45 mlMartell VSOP Aged in Red Barrels
- 20 mlLemon juice
- 15 mlOrange curaçao
- 2 dashesAromatic bitters
- Powdered sugar to rim a glass
Instructions
- 1Moisten the rim of the coupe glass with lemon juice and dip it into fine powdered sugar.
- 2Fill the shaker with ice.
- 3Pour all remaining ingredients into the cocktail shaker.
- 4Shake well until the metal is frosted.
- 5Strain into the coupe glass.
- 6Add two dashes of aromatic bitters.
- 7Choose a spray of your choice from the proposed flavours to finish your drink.

You will need a coupe glass, a cocktail shaker and a bar spoon for this cocktail.

How to infuse :
- Add 300gr of your chosen flavour in 1/2L of vodka in a bottle.
- Put the bottle in boiling water for a few minutes.
- Let it rest for 24h or if in a rush, put it in ice or in the freezer.
