Zero-Waste Lemon
The only thing better than a delicious cocktail, is a delicious No-Waste Cocktail. All you need is a lemon, Martell Blue Swift, Cherry Heering, Maraschino Liquor, Sugar Syrup, Lemon Juice and Soda water for this Zero-Waste Lemon Cocktail.
Ingredients
Cocktails for:
1 person
- 40 mlMartell Blue Swift
- 1.5 Lemons
- 1/2 Fresh lemon juice
- 2 clcherry Heering
- 2 clmaraschino Liquor
- Sugar syrup
- Soda water
Instructions
- 1Important: all final preparations must be measured with a jigger before being added to the cocktail. Cut up the entire lemon and do not peel it. Place your lemon slices in a blender with water and blend until it’s smooth. Pour your lemon mixture into an ice mould and put them into the freezer until they’ve become solid.
- 2Once they’re frozen, pop them into a highball glass.
- 3Fill your glass with 40ml of Martell Blue Swift, the juice of half of a lemon, 20ml of Cherry Heering, 20ml of Maraschino Liquor, 10ml of sugar syrup, and top it all off with some soda water.
