    Cognac And Orange Juice Cocktail Recipe | Martell Cognac Recipe
    What you need

    Ingredients

    Cocktails for:
    1 person
    • 40 ml
      Martell VS
    • 15 ml
      Lemon juice
    • 10 ml
      Amaro Ramazzotti (for a twist)
    • 60 ml
      Fresh orange juice
    • 20 ml
      Rosemary syrup
    • 200 ml
      Water (for syrup)
    • 150 gr
      Sugar (for syrup)
    • 2 sprigs
      Fresh rosemary (for syrup)
    • 1 unit
      Rosemary sprig and orange quarter (garnish)

    Instructions

    • 1Important: all final preparations must be measured with a jigger before being added to the cocktail.
    • 2Put the water and rosemary in a saucepan over low heat, bring to a simmer, set aside 1 hour, then filter. Add sugar little by little and stir until completely dissolved.
    • 3Put the rosemary syrup, lemon juice (or Amaro Ramazzotti if you wish), fresh orange juice and cognac in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
    • 4Shake.
    • 5Pour into a glass filled with ice cubes, filtering through the strainer.
    • 6Garnish with an orange quarter and sprig of rosemary.
    • 7Taste.

    Serving tips

    Serve in a long drink glass
